Run by a fitter, not a call centre
Torquesafe Mechanical is Alfred's business. Heavy diesel work on plant that has to keep earning, and fitters on hire to sites that are short.
Who you are dealing with
Alfred has spent TBC years on heavy plant across WA — mine sites, civil jobs and workshops. Torquesafe started because sites kept asking for the same two things: a fitter who could be trusted on a machine unsupervised, and more of them at short notice.
So the business does both. We take the work on as a contractor, or we put qualified fitters on your roster and you run them. Same people either way.
When you call, you get Alfred. He quotes the job, he knows which fitter is on it, and he is the one who answers if something goes wrong.
Alfred to confirm founding year, trade background, previous sites worked and whether he wants to name them.

Four things we hold to
Diagnose first
Parts cannon is expensive. We find the actual fault before anything gets ordered.
Price before we start
You get a number up front. If the scope changes on the job, you hear about it then, not on the invoice.
Turn up when we say
If we cannot make the window we tell you early enough to call someone else.
Write it down
Every job gets a report. What was found, what was done, what needs watching.

Perth metro and out bush
The workshop is in Perth TBC. Service utes cover the metro daily, and we travel to mine sites and civil projects across WA.
- Perth metro — north, south and the eastern industrial corridor
- Regional WA — Goldfields, Pilbara, Mid West, South West TBC
- Travel beyond TBC km quoted per job
Tell us what is down, or what you are short.
One form for both. Repairs and servicing, or fitters on hire. Send it through and Alfred will come back to you.
- Quoted properly, not guessed over the phone
- Perth metro and regional WA
- Response within TBC hours in the metro
